The Plant Director Mouscron is responsible for the daily management of our site Boulangerie de France. You lead the local management team, optimize production processes, and ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations. You are a driving force behind continuous improvement and inspire people to embrace change.

Thanks to the strong growth of our company, we foresee that the role will evolve in the short to medium term into an Operations Director position, where you will lead multiple sites: Moeskroen, Izegem, and Wolvega (NL). The Operations Director is responsible for rolling out a uniform operational strategy across the different sites. The position is part of the executive committee and reports directly to the Managing Director Benelux.

• Lead, coach, and develop the teams.
• Oversee production activities and optimize operational KPIs (OEE, waste, quality).
• Implement and embed Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards (HACCP, BRC, IFS).
• Coordinate supply chain and logistics processes.
• Achieve financial targets, prepare the plant budget, manage Capex investments, and lead expansion projects.
• Maintain constructive relationships with trade unions and ensure a positive social climate.
• Represent Diversi Foods with internal and external stakeholders.

• At least 10 years of leadership experience in a production environment.
• Experience with multi-site management in the food industry (preferably Bakery) is an asset.
• Solid knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Gemba, and 5S.
• Proven experience in change management and creating a culture of continuous improvement.
• Strong understanding of budget management, Capex projects, and supply chain optimization.
• Excellent command of French is required; good knowledge of Dutch and English is an advantage.
