SAP Project Manager
To strengthen our Global IT, we are looking for a new colleague to join our team – either in Hanover (Germany) or at our location in Erpe-Mere (Belgium) at Diversi Foods. This position is open to international applicants.
Job description
- Leading complex SAP andERP projects, including migrations, implementations, and integration of acquired companies.
- Responsiblefor the transition to SAP S/4HANA– from planning to successful go-live.
- Managing Europe-wide, cross-site projects within a decentralized organization.
- Internationalstakeholder management: close collaboration with C-level executives, plantmanagement, business departments, IT specialists, and externalpartners.
- Ensuring all projects are delivered on time,on budget, and according to objectives.
- Actively contributing to the optimization andharmonization of supplychain and production processes.
- Driving the development of our IT landscapetogether with colleagues across Europe.
Your profile
- 5+ years ofexperience in managing international IT/ERP projects, preferably in the food or manufacturingindustry.
- Proven experience in S/4HANA migration and solid knowledge of the SAP Activate methodology.
- Strong change management skills: strong communication skills, empathy and the ability to successfully engage different stakeholders.
- Analyticalmindset and in-depth understanding of processes in production, logistics, and supplychain.
- Experience with the challenges of data migration.
- Willingness to travel regularly within Europe.
- Excellent language skills in German andEnglish
